Gregory S. Weston

Gregory is The Weston Firm’s founder and has devoted nearly all of his practice to representing consumers in class actions.

Mr. Weston is a member in good standing of the State Bar of California, and is admitted to practice in all California United States District Courts, the Central District of Illinois, Eastern District of Washington, and the Ninth and Sixth Circuit Courts of Appeals.

Before founding his firm, he was an associate at the San Diego office of the firm now known as Robbins, Geller, Rudman & Dowd, where he represented consumers in antitrust and consumer fraud class actions. He is a 2004 graduate of Harvard Law School, where he was a Senior Editor of the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy, a Harvard College teaching fellow, a research assistant to Professor Louis Kaplow focused on income tax policy, and President of the Target Shooting Club. Mr. Weston also holds a B.A. in economics from Ohio State University, where he graduated summa cum laude, at age 19, from the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences Honor Program.

Dave Newberry

Dave is the firm’s senior paralegal and an honors graduate of the University of California, San Diego, where he studied Political Science. Dave was a member of both the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and the Phi
Beta Kappa Honors Society.
